What really is holding people off is VENUE PRICING.

Remember in the day when you pulled up at a concert and people had kegs on wheels, and were handing out dixie cups? When the party was in the line on the way in? When you could buy a beer at the venue and five more and still have money for a concert t-shirt?

DAMN. I calculate in a single day at over 100 degrees, just water for me and the two teen boys I'm caring for will cost me a hundred fucking dollars. NEVER MIND a beer.

Every time I tried to convince someone to come, that is EXACTLY what they said.

"Yea, the ticket is $10, but then beer is $40, and food is $50, and gas is $80, so after it's all done you've invested like $200 in going to the concert and you're in the back where you can't see the musicians for shit anyways."

I guess we all have our budgets and price points.
My mate is thinking of selling his two Metallica tickets as their show here is sold out in Oct and he can double his money and get $800 for them
He's unsure what to do
I wouldn't sell my ticket regardless of the money but that's his call
